1️⃣ ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT

·         Students must provide their correct name, class/grade, and parent contact details.

·         Admission is confirmed only after full fee payment.

·         Class allotment depends on the student’s level and teacher availability.

2️⃣ CLASS ATTENDANCE

·         Students should join the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

·         Camera must be ON during the class.

·         Absence should be informed in advance whenever possible.

·         Repeated absence without prior information may lead to removal from the class.

3️⃣ DISCIPLINE & BEHAVIOUR

·         Students must show respect to teachers and follow students at all times.

·         Use of abusive language, screenshots, or recording of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.

·         The chat box should be used only for study-related purposes.

·         Parents should not interrupt during class unless it is an emergency.

4️⃣ CLASS RULES

·         Students must keep notebooks, textbooks, and stationery ready before the class begins.

·         Homework and assignments must be completed on time.

·         Students should attend classes from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.

·         The teacher has the right to mute or disconnect students who do not follow class rules.

5️⃣ STUDY MATERIAL & CONTENT

·         Study materials are provided only for personal learning purposes.

·         Sharing, copying, or selling any material is strictly not allowed.

·         Class videos, if provided, must not be forwarded or uploaded on any platform.

6️⃣ PARENT COMMUNICATION

·         Student progress will be shared periodically.

·         For queries or concerns, parents should contact through WhatsApp or phone during working hours only.

·         Respectful communication is expected at all times.
